I recently just got my Mercedes SLK350 back today. I'd like to say to Detlef and your workers, you have done an amazing job with the service. The attention to detail with the warranty and non-warranty items, to make the sure the vehicle was immaculately serviced was great! not only did you have to deal with the service and the brakes but you had to deal with a more difficult array of warranty aspects of the vehicle, and identified and fixed the problems, its really lifted standard and benchmark in Mercedes-Benz service and quality.

Although my friends who own Mercedes live closer to the other dealerships, I will still make a mention of your service quality and attention to detail."
